Il saggio affronta lo studio del maso Valentim im Viertel attraverso la realizzazione del modello digitale utilizzato come strumento per la conoscenza dell’architettura della tradizione del Sud Tirolo. La metodologia adottata si basa sull’acquisizione dei dati rielaborati attraverso modelli VR e AR per la valorizzazione del patrimonio. This study deals with development of the farmhouse Valentim im Viertel digital model used as a tool for the knowledge of the South Tyrol traditional architecture. The methodological approach shows the acquisition of data and the use of VR and AR models for the enhancement of the cultural heritage.

The overall objective of this museological research is to investigate the role of small Finnish local heritage museums in creating digital heritage. Abstract. The archaeological site of Ancient Noto is all that remains of one of the most interesting and important cities in the Est part of Sicily. Architecture and political life made Noto a point of reference for the island, expecially in XVI and XVII century, before it was destroyed by a devastating earthquake in 1963. New media are a huge opportunity and challenge for museums, especially for small institutions without digitized resources. The ViMuseo.fi is a research project conducted at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. The research focuses on the possibilities of new media in presenting cultural heritage in small Finnish museums. As a part of the research, a tool to present small museums on the Web was developed. The ViMuseo tool is a CMS for creating multimedia presentations, and was designed specifically for small institutions without digitized resources.
